Cape Town Birding Tours for locals.
We are excited to announce our Cape Town Birding day tours. These tours will run once the lockdown regulations allow.

These tours are great for birders and nature enthusiasts wanting to develop their bird and wildlife knowledge with an expert guide. Increase your bird list, make new friends and experience the Cape’s birds in a relaxed and fun way with an expert bird guide.
You will be supporting the local economy and a business which underpinned by strong conservation values.

We can meet you at various locations on the Cape Peninsula and in Cape Town such as: Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, Intaka Island, Rondevlei Nature Reserve, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Kommetjie to name some.
We spend the morning birding with you, helping you to develop your bird knowledge and show you new species.

You are welcome to bring your own packed breakfast or brunch or we can organise that for you for an additional fee.
Full Day tours
We collect you and take you on a full day of birding, which takes the form of one of our popular birding day tours which are detailed on the website. This involves spending a full day birding areas such as Rooiels and Betty's Bay, the West Coast National Park, Darling or Cape Peninsula. A combination of these three sites usually gives you the best bang for your buck, if you have not birded the Cape before.
Cost: R3500, with a R100 surcharge per additional person after the first. Includes vehicle, guide, water and spotting scope.
These tours are a great experience for friends, individuals and families. Learning to recognise appreciate birds is an interest that stays with one for life. They are after all the finishing touches in nature.
